Roch Dallaire
Roch Dallaire is the President and majority share holder of Gemini Helicopters Inc. and resides with his family in Grande Prairie where he works out of Gemini’s main office. Roch brings many years and a variety of aviation experience as he is also a commercial multi engine IFR rated fixed wing pilot. Roch is involved in all aspects of the complany, but concentrates mainly on the Financial and QA departments. We also make sure he gets out in the field flying for a few tours every year to keep his hands on. Roch is always thinking “outside the box” and striving to keep Gemini moving forward.
Todd Tkach
Todd Tkach is the General Manager for Gemini Helicopters Inc. Todd joined Gemini in 2001 bringing many years of field operations experience to the company. In 2003, Todd became a major shareholder and partner with Roch and Christian. Todd has accumulated several thousand hours and has flown several types of helicopters. Todd and his family make High Level their home. The year 2007 marked his 20th year as a helicopter pilot, with 15 of them flying in northwestern Alberta. Along with running the day-to-day operations with Mark, Todd also does the pilot hiring and PR work for Gemini.
Mark Halwas
Mark Halwas is the Operation Manager for Gemini Helicopters. Mark started his career and was the first employee with Big Rock Helicopters which later became Gemini Helicopters and has been here since. That alone says lots for this industry. Having made High Level his home with his family from the start of his career, Mark has a vast knowledge of the area and customers and will help you get the job done economically and efficiently. Mark, along with Todd, look after the day to day operations of the company. Mark is a shareholder and partner in the company.
Christian Dallaire
Christian Dallaire is Gemini Helicopters Inc. Director of Maintenance. Christian joined Gemini in 2001 after many years of field experience working on several types of helicopters from the prairies to the high arctic. In 2003, Christian became a major shareholder and partner with Roch and Todd. Christian’s dedication and enthusiasm towards his work is second to none. The year 2008 marks his 20th year in the industry. Christian oversees the day to day operations of all aircraft maintenance with a top notch maintenance staff. Christian and his family recently moved from High Level to make Grande Prairie their home.
Paul Caladrone
Paul Caldarone is Gemini’s Chief Pilot/CCP (company check pilot) as we have grown to a size that requires a need for an on-staff CCP. Paul started his career with Gemini and lives in High Level. Paul has acquired a vast amount of experience and is a senior pilot on staff. Paul takes his CCP status seriously and does an excellent job at it. Paul is one of the shareholders and partners in Gemini.
Brian Halbert
Brian Halbert recently came on board with Gemini Helicopters bringing many years of aviation experience as both a pilot and a marketing manager. Brian and his family make Rocky Mountain House their home. Brian has flown in and around the Rocky area for many years and his vast experience has taken him from the high Arctic to South America. Brian will also be doing marketing and sales with Gemini as well as running the base in Rocky Mountain House. Brian is one of the shareholders and partners in the company.
Elaine LaValley
Elaine LaValley is our Office Manager in the Grande Prairie office, where she attends to all the daily accounting aspects of the company. Elaine and her family make Bezanson, a small community near Grande Prairie, their home where they also raise horses for a living. Elaine has been with Gemini since 2000 and is one of the shareholders and partners in the company.
